Where do you deliver training?
CompliantCare delivers training across Victoria, with Australia-wide delivery available on request*. Sessions can be delivered onsite at your organisation or at a designated training venue. Selected programs may also be available online.

How many people can attend a session?
Can training be tailored to our organisation?
Yes. Training can be tailored to align with your organisation’s policies, procedures, participant care needs, workforce capability levels, and relevant regulatory standards. This ensures the training is practical, relevant, and directly applicable to your care environment.
Are you an RTO?
No, CompliantCare is not an RTO. Where accredited training is offered, the accredited components are delivered in partnership with an RTO.
What information do you need to prepare a quote?
To prepare an accurate proposal, CompliantCare may ask about your organisation, service type, required training, preferred pricing model, location, timeframe, participant numbers, workforce mix, competency sign-off needs, documentation requirements, and any recent incidents, audits, or policy requirements that the training should address.
How quickly can training be scheduled?
Scheduling depends on the type of training, your location and current availability. The best option is to request a callback. Jeremy will be in touch to advise on the most suitable next steps.
What documentation can be provided after training?
Following training, organisations may receive documentation that supports workforce competency and audit requirements. Depending on the training delivered, this may include attendance records, certificates of completion, competency assessment checklists, authorised sign-off documentation, assessment or quiz results, and relevant training materials or pre-reading. Where appropriate, post-training recommendations or summary reports can also be provided to support continuous improvement and compliance evidence.
Do you offer both accredited and non-accredited training?
Yes. CompliantCare offers accredited training courses, such as CPR and First Aid, alongside a broad selection of non-accredited clinical workshops and customised education sessions. Topics can include infection prevention and control, medication support, dysphagia, complex bowel and bladder care, tracheostomy care and many others tailored to the needs of your workforce.
